We are now able to ship worldwide. If you can't see delivery options for your country, please email us on email@example.com and we will update the site with the rates for your country.
All orders are dispatched within two working days. We work on a 2-3 day delivery time within the UK and Ireland.
Shipping to the rest of the world takes between 7 and 10 days.
If an item is broken when it arrives, please take a picture straight away and send it through to us. We will organise the return of any items that are broken when you receive them. We will then either refund you for the item or send you a replacement according to your preference.
If you would simply like to return an item, we will of course refund you as long as:
The item is in its' original packaging and packaged up as it was sent. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We ask that any breakages or refund requests are reported us within two weeks of the item being delivered to you.
Made to order items cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product.
